Circular route Barruera - Erill la Vall - Boí - Taüll - Barruera
We leave Barruera (1,097 m), from the Tourist Office, we will go towards the church of Sant Feliu to take the walk on the right bank of the river in a N direction, following the asphalt track. We leave the old stone bridge on the right and continue straight on along the path. We follow the path to the left, cross a bridge and continue skirting an old arm of the river until we reach the entrance to the cement factory. Then we turn left and continue upriver until, after a section of ascent between dry stone walls, we come across a curve in the old road. We continue to the right for 350 m, and passing through the tunnel that will take us to the other side of the L-500 road, we climb again between dry stone walls the last section that will take us, after crossing the ravine, to the Plaza del Tarter in Erill la Vall (1,250 m).
Once in Erill la Vall (1,247 m) we will go down towards the Church of Santa Eulàlia to take the path that will take us to Boí (1,265 m), we will go down all the way until we reach the L-500 road that we will have to cross. We will go down some stairs and cross a bridge above the Noguera de Tor and take the ascent that goes up until we reach the Boí car park.
Once in Boí (1,265 m) we follow the path that leaves the Taüll road, near the curve that it makes inside the town. On a continuous ascent we pass through sections with remains of the original paving of the road to finally reach the Taüll road (1,480 m), about 400 m from Sant Climent up the road. Now we will undo the road to return to Boí, along the same path that we have climbed. Arrived in Boí, we will go down to the Plaza del Río to take the Camino del Agua that will take us back to Barruera.
