1st Cara Amon Festival

This weekend, from May 16 to 18, Vall de Boí hosted the 1st edition of the Cara Amon Mountain Festival, a sporting event that combined sport, nature and activities for all audiences with high mountain races, cycling, children's races, pumptrack workshop, local products fair, cinema,...

From Friday to Sunday, the different activities were held, specially the 16th edition of Cara Amon, a vertical km starting from Barruera and finishing at Les Roies de Cardet, 4.7 km and 1380m of accumulated ascent, a pumptrack workshop aimed at girls and boys and the Comaminyana trail (which had to change its route due to snow in the higher parts) 

The Barruera sports area was the setting for the activity departures and the Espai Joan Perelada hosted the cinema, the race office and the product fair.
