Aigüestortes i estany de Sant Maurici National Park
The only national park in Catalonia and one of the better protected in the South of Europe, with peaks more than 3000 meters high, almost 300 mountain lakes varying in shape and color; rivers, ravines, water falls and marshes which make us feel truly in the land of water.
The Romanesque heritage of Vall de Boí is exceptional due to the existence of a large number of churches of the same architectural style concentrated in such a small area. Until well into the last century the valley remained quite isolated, which prevented the arrival of builders, artists, architects or priests willing to make changes to the original works.
The suggested hikes are longer routes of approximately 2 to 3 hours within the bounds of the National Park.
The baths of Caldes de Boí are in the Guinness Book of Records for having the widest range of hot springs in the state. There are 37 mineral and medicinal springs of various compositions and temperatures, used for different therapeutic purposes.
Located in the Pyrenees of Lleida, Boí-Taüll Ski Resort offers everything skiers may need to fully enjoy their skiing experience, with the highest skiing points in the Pyrenees (2,751m at the highest point and 2,020m at the lowest), and a privileged location facing north which guarantees excellent snow.
